All prices quoted exclude VAT. MINIMUM ORDER VALUES Our minimum order value is £150 excluding VAT/€250.00. Add-ons will no longer be accepted and will be treated as a new order and minimum order values apply. DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMINGS - UK, NI AND ROI We endeavour to dispatch deliveries on the same day for all orders received by 11am that day. Delivery charges levied for individual orders valued at over £150/€250 ex VAT. Based on orders received by Smiffys II Ltd no later than noon the preceding day, for delivery the following day: Next day delivery service (between 7am-6pm): No charge Next day morning delivery service (between 7am-noon): £12.00 Saturday delivery service (between 7am-5.30pm): £15.00 Northern Ireland (between 8am-5.30pm): No charge. Channel Isles, Isle of Wight & ROI (between 8am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday. No charge. England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Northern Scotland): Next day services. Areas of Northern Scotland (PA, IV, KW, PH post codes) and the Isle of Wight: next day, two day and three day services only, non guaranteed. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: three day services only, non- guaranteed. DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMINGS – EU (INCLUDING ROI) Free shipping for individual orders over €250 within Mainland EU countries. Non-Mainland EU (Canary Islands, etc.) subject to separate supply terms & conditions. Additional Freight costs or restrictions may apply to Hazardous Goods. Delivery time of 1-7 working days, dependent upon location. DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMINGS – USA AND REST OF WORLD Minimum Order Value and shipping costs for non-EU destinations vary and are confirmed by arrangement - please contact your International Account Advisor for specific details of free shipping thresholds and destination costs. All carriage charges at cost. RETURNS POLICY Sale or return policy Smiffys does not operate a ‘sale or return’ policy. We may, at our discretion, consider taking back re- saleable Smiffys stocks if a customer has a genuine reason to request return. We reserve the right to charge carriage for the collection and return, and furthermore, a handling and administration charge equivalent to 25% of the original invoice price of those goods. The same charges would also apply should a customer default on due payment, where Smiffys have the right to secure and collect re- saleable Smiffys stocks. Faulty goods policy No returns will be accepted by Smiffys without a completed authorisation form, subsequently approved by Smiffys. The form is available from your Credit Controller. Non-Faulty goods policy No claims will be accepted for returns where the customer is at error. Where Smiffys are at error, claims must be made within seven days of receipt of goods. PAYMENT We accept the following credit/charge cards: MasterCard, Visa, Access, Maestro (formerly Switch), Eurocard and Delta. American Express accepted for USD payments. Smiffys will no longer accept payment by cheque for account customers outside of America, please contact us to arrange setting up a Direct Debit or discuss other payment options.
